ShareTrip Sub-Agent Agreement

This Agreement is made between ShareTrip Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the B2B Agent.

Scope: The B2B Agent is authorized to sell air tickets, Hotels & other available services through the Company’s system on a non-exclusive basis.

Registration: The B2B Agent must provide valid trade license, MOCAT, ID, and business details. Approval is subject to Company discretion.

Payment Terms: All bookings must be prepaid unless credit is approved. Credit limits must not be exceeded. Outstanding dues must be cleared within agreed timeframe.

Pricing & Commission: Tickets will be issued at net fare or agreed pricing. Commission/markup is as per Company policy. Unauthorized fare manipulation is prohibited.

Booking Responsibility: The B2B Agent is responsible for correct passenger details. Any loss due to errors will be borne by the B2B Agent.

Refund & Cancellation: Subject to airline rules. Service charges are non-refundable. Company is not liable for airline refund delays.

System Usage: Login credentials must be kept confidential. Misuse or fraudulent activity will result in suspension.

Compliance: B2B Agent must comply with applicable laws and aviation regulations.

Liability: Company is not responsible for airline schedule changes, cancellations, or third-party service issues.

Fraud Policy: Fraudulent booking, chargebacks, or misuse will lead to termination and legal action.

Termination: Company may suspend or terminate the B2B Agent without prior notice for violations or non-payment.

Partial Payment: If the Agent fails to settle the full amount within the deadline, ShareTrip reserves the right to refund the booking. In such cases, the Agent shall have no claim or entitlement to that specific booking.

Acceptance: By accepting, the B2B Agent agrees to all terms and conditions.
